Victor J. “Vitin” Cordero, Sr., 62, of Reading, passed away March 23, 2012 at 11:22 am in his residence of natural causes. Born in Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Victor and Maria Luisa (Lopez) Cordero. Mr. Cordero attended St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church and was employed as a machine operator for Hoffmann Industries for 21 years retiring in 1994. He is survived by his sons Victor J. Cordero, Jr. husband of April M. Cordero of Mobile, Alabama and Eddie Cordero husband of Penny M. Cordero of West Lawn. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. Also surviving are 8 brothers and sisters and his loving companion Milagros Toro with whom he last resided. Mr. Cordero was preceded in death by his son Ramon Cordero as well as one brother and one sister.
