These prices are effective as of September 10, 2011 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$520.00
This charge includes arrangement consultation, coordinating plans for final disposition; preparation and filing of necessary permits, certificates, authorizations and the service vehicle for same; sheltering of remains; obtaining a personal family history, completing necessary contracts and documents, and placement of obituary notices. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our staff and facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, taxes, and equipment and inventory costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

Embalming	$580.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. EMBALMING IS REQUIRED IF YOU: 1) Select a service with a viewing. 2) Arranged for shipment by common carrier or interstate transportation 3) Selected arrangements that require that the remains be held for more than 24 hours provided no refrigeration is available or a hermetically sealed container is not used; and provided that embalming does not conflict with religious beliefs or medical examination.

Direct Cremation
Direct Cremation	$1585.00
Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; transfer of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; crematory fee; and cardboard alternative container. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). A cardboard alternative container is included in this package.

Immediate Burial

Our charge for this service includes transfer of remains to funeral home, up to three days refrigeration as necessary, basic services of funeral director and staff and overhead, staff & facilities, dressing, placement in casket and transfer to cemetery at funeral home convenience. This charge does not include viewing, ceremony, graveside service, merchandise, or cemetery charges.

Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home	$1550.00
Our charge for this service includes transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming, basic services of funeral director and staff and overhead, staff & facilities, dressing and placement in casket, and transfer to local international airport (Philadelphia or Allentown). This charge does not include merchandise, viewing, ceremony or shipping charges.

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home	$1450.00
Our charge for this service includes transfer of remains to funeral home, basic services of funeral director and staff and overhead, staff & facilities, and transfer of remains to cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include merchandise, viewing, ceremony, graveside service, charges by cemetery or crematory or any shipping charges.
