Katherine M. A�a�A"CookieA�a�A� Outen, 50, Reading, formerly of Rhode Island, died of natural causes Jan. 21 at 6:45 a.m. in Reading Hospital.
Born in Providence, R.I., she was a daughter of the late Sabby and Marie (Lopes) Lopes.
Outen, who resided with Edward Worthy, is survived by a son, Peter Lopes, Reading.
Other survivors include a sister, Patricia A. (Lopes) Williams, Reading.
There are also four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc.
