Mary Moyer

Mary E. Moyer, 98, formerly of Reading, died June 3 at 3:35 p.m. in Beverly Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Exeter Township, where she had resided eight years.

Her husband, James L. Moyer, died in 1989.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Oliver and Sally (Stock) Endy.

Moyer was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Reading.

Surviving are a son, James O., Bernville; and four daughters: Kathryn L. (Moyer) Houck, Reading; Marie E. (Moyer) Huff, Orlando, Fla.; Amelia Ann (Moyer) Strousser, Leesport; and Doris M. (Moyer) Camilli, Exeter Township.

Other survivors include 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 8 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
