Ada (Guldin) Feick, 79, formerly of Leesport, passed away Sunday, April 19th at 4:29 a.m. at Manor Care, West Reading, where she had been a patient since September 12, 2008.
Born in Spangsville, she was the daughter of the late John Guldin and Charlotte Miller.
She worked as a cook at Pennhurst State institution in Phoenixville for 25 years, retiring in 1976.
Survivors include her granddaughter: Barbara Young of Boyertown, and two great grandchildren: Stephen and Christina Young of Boyertown.
She was pre deceased by a son: Elmer W. Feick, who passed away in 1990, and a brother: John Guldin Jr.
Services will be private.
Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
