Adela Collado

Adela D. Collado, 91, of Cumru Township, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Pedro Celestino Collado. Born in the Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Baldemiro and Mercedes Rivas. Mrs. Collado is survived by her sons Jose V. Collado of Reading,; Jose A. Collado of Reading,; daughters Linda C. Collado of Cumru Township,; and Lydia M. Collado of Reading. She is also survived by her sisters Natividad Rivas,; Amelia Guitierrez,; 14 grandchildren,; 15 great-grandchildren,; and 1 great-great grandchild. Mrs. Collado was predeceased by 5 sisters and a brother.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Peters Roman Catholic Church, 322 South 5th Street Reading, PA 19601, on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at Saint Peters Roman Catholic Church from 8:15am - 9:15am.
