Barbara A. (Crockett) McWilliams, 75 of Elverson, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at her home with her loved ones by her side. Born in Pottstown, Barbara was the daughter of the late, Harry Crockett, and Elizabeth (Barr) Crockett. Barb was an active volunteer and long-time member of the following groups: Mount Carmel Methodist Church in Elverson, Birdsboro V.F.W. Post 411, Birdsboro American Legion Post 626, Royersford V.F.W. Post 6341, Birdsboro-Union Fire Department, Sassamansville Fire Company #1, and St. Gabriel Lodge of Stowe. Barb loved playing games and was an avid Bingo player and was affectionately known as "Bingo Barb" by many of her friends. She was a talented crafter and made so many beautiful items which she sold and crafted as gifts throughout her lifetime for friends and loved ones including beautiful knitted and crocheted items, cross-stitched pieces, bedding, wall art, linens, gorgeous framed puzzles and one-of-a-kind artwork. Her loved ones will especially miss her gift of storytelling and knack for bringing joy through laughter.
Barbara is survived by many nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loving companion of many years, Randy Keim, her sister-in-law, Nancy Crockett, and brother-in-law, Ralph (Pete) Todd.
Barbara is predeceased by her daughter, Shirley Ann Crockett, and siblings, Alyce (Crockett) Bateman, Elizabeth (Crockett) Todd, Inez (Cookie) (Crockett) Ciotti, David Crockett, and Harry Crockett, III.
Services for Barbara will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Barbara’s memory to Birdsboro V.F.W. Post 411 or Birdsboro American Legion Post 626. Online guestbook and condolences may be made at www.whelanschwartz.com
