Billie Jo Manning, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully at her residence on March 19, 2026. Born on March 4, 1966, in West Chester, Billie Jo lived a life marked by warmth, resilience, and a spirited love for those around her.
Throughout her years, Billie Jo dedicated herself to caring for others, initially working as a nursing assistant with various employers. Later, she contributed her skills at SQS warehouse.
Those who knew Billie Jo fondly remember her happy-go-lucky attitude and a stubborn streak that spoke to her strength and determination. She found great joy in cooking, especially delighting family and friends with her unforgettable potato salad and macaroni salad recipes. A lover of classic rock music, Billie Jo’s zest for life was evident in her everyday actions and spirited embrace of the simple pleasures.
Billie Jo’s greatest joy came from her grandchildren, whom she adored deeply. Her family remembers her as a source of unwavering love for Steven, Robert, Dakota, Grant, Paige, Liliana, Savannah, and Vivian.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Manning as well as her children, Raymond Manning, husband of Kendal Manning, and Eddie Norris. While her loving parents, Robert Irons and Elizabeth (Lyster) Irons, as well as her daughter Janelle Custer, have preceded her in death, Billie Jo’s memory endures vibrantly in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Billie Jo's spirit remains an enduring presence, a testament to a life lived fully and with remarkable grace. May she rest in peace, surrounded forever by the love she so generously gave.
