Cesar I. Cepeda, 77, of Reading, passed away on July 24, 2015 at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Born in RA�o Piedras, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Isaac Cepeda and Antonia Rosa.
He is survived by his wife: Emma Cepeda of Reading; Children: Wilma, Madeline, Cesar Jr., and Orlando Cepeda of Reading and Lizeina Cepeda of Tampa, FL.
