Charles H. Blouch, 65, Alsace Manor, died Aug. 10, 2007, at 11:10 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where he had been a patient for three days. Born Jan. 8, 1942, in Laureldale, he was a son of the late Russel and Elsie (Blauch) Blouch.
He was a computer programmer for Frankel Engineering, Reading, and also helped run BlouchA�a�a��s Fishing & Tackle Shop in Alsace Manor.
Charles was a 1960 graduate of Mount Penn High School, and earned an associates degree from Penn State Berks.
Surviving are two sons, Keith G., Pottsville; and Kevin R., Lincoln, Del.; and a daughter, Lisa (Blouch) Edwards, Mooresboro, N.C.
Other survivors include a grandson.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc., Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
