Cindy Huyett

Cindy Marie Huyett, 46, of Denver, PA, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late John C. Huyett and Fay N. Huyett (Hafer). Cindy graduated from Oley Vocational school in 1993 and attended several local day programs. During her life, Cindy enjoyed watching sports. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and was thrilled to see the Eagles win the Superbowl. Cindy loved attending concerts, dancing and listening to rock and roll music as loud as she could. Cindy enjoyed picnics, eating at Chick-Fil-A, drinking Ice tea, and snacking on peanut butter cups. Cindy loved to travel and everywhere she went, her Teddy, cards, toys and "Books of Cindy" went with her. She also devoted time to the Reiffton fire hall with her parents. Cindy bowled with Special Olympics at Bowl-a-Rama and Heister's Lanes. She is survived by her (Dayspring Homes) life-sharing parents Eileen Goodridge and Erik Seuring of Denver; family friend Patricia M. Einsig, wife of Harold of Reading; Cousins Raymond and Bertha Hoffman of Reading; housemate and best friend Stacey Johnson. Predeceased by her grandparents Venus and Naomi Hafer.
Funeral Service will be held at Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home 444 N. 9th Street, Reading, PA 19601 on Monday February 26, 2018 at 10 am. Reverend Robert Stewart will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9-10am at the funeral home.
