Colton Moore Sr.

Colton Moore Sr., 73, of West Reading, passed away on May 1, 2021 in Manor Care of West Reading. Born in Fairbluff, North Carolina, he was the son of Lurentha & Boyd Moore. He was a member of Union Baptist Church in Reading, and worked as a technician for Western Electric. Colton enjoyed wrestling as well as doing hair. He also loved reading history books and the Bible. He was devout to the Lord and Jesus Christ and he loved to sing sixties and seventies rhythm and blues, old hymns, and negro spirituals. He enjoyed watching old clips of Mohammad Ali fights.

Colton is survived by his children; Juanita A. Comer, of Fort Worth Texas, Colton Moore Jr. of Reading, and Natalie A. Wolfe-Reimnitz of Reading and 6 grandchildren; Alisandra, Quinn, Connor, Jazmine, Jayda, and Timothy. He is also survived by his siblings; Genecka Sheriff of Reading, Clara Strickland of High Point North Carolina, Danny Moore of Reading, Trola (Tony) Moore of Fairbluff, North Carolina, Betty Carol, of Tabor City, North Carolina, Oxydol (Judy) Moore-Hanes, of High Point, North Carolina, and Eyneka Hunter, of Tabor City North Carolina. Colton is predeceased by his siblings, Ted B. Moore, Nolan Moore, and Lucretia Moore
