Digna De Jesus Melendez, 77, passed away on October 8, 2014 in St. Joseph Medical Center. Born September 24, 1937 in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of the late Jose De Jesus and Epifania Melendez. Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Carmen Soto of Reading, PA, Maria Soto of New York, NY; 1 Son: Jose Hernandez of Bronx, NY.

Cemetery:
Burial will follow after service at Charles Evans Cemetery.
