Dorothy (Medvetz) Gentile, 92, passed away on August 6, 2014 at home in Shillington, PA. Born September 3, 1921 in Humbold, PA. She was the daughter of the late Stephen and Katie (Palipchelk) Medvetz. Survivors include: 1 Son: Robert J. Gentile of Shillington, PA; 3 Daughters: Jennifer A., wife of Kevin Berger of Mohrsville, PA, Justine, wife of Ron Cummings of Putman Valley, NY, and Cathy Tsavaris of Philadelphia, PA; 1 Step-Son: Joseph Gentile Jr. of Mohnton, PA; 5 Grandchildren: Cassy S. Bruckart of Sinking Spring, PA, Bailey Berger of Mohrsville, PA, Heather & Jonathan Cummings of New York and Vicky Sollenberger of Mohnton, PA; 2 Great Grandchildren: Grant and Chloe Cummings; 2 Brother: James, husband of Helene Medvetz of Shepton, PA, and Paul Medvetz of Ringtown; 2 Sisters: Margaret Wilcko of Drums, PA and Theresa Riccuti of Drums, PA. She was pre-deceased by her husband Joseph Gentile in September 2006. She was also pre-deceased by 3 Brothers: Michael Medvetz, Joseph Medvetz and Stephen Medvetz and pre-deceased by 2 Sisters: Sophie Sorrich and Mary Krutz.

Burial will follow after service at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
