Emilio Enrique Padilla Rosado

Emilio Enrique Padilla Rosado, 83, of Reading passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Marzone (Hassler) Rosado. Born on January 2, 1941, in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Emiliano Rosado and Lucilla Padilla. 

Emilio enjoyed coin-collecting, drawing, playing dominoes, watching cowboy movies and going on road trips. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. 

He is survived by his daughters, Sonia Rosario, of Reading; Veronica Martinez, of Pottsville; stepdaughters, Dianna Forbes, of Pottsville; Amanda Gonzalez, of Pottsville; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at 2200 Stacey Drive, Reading, Pa. 19605.
