Emily Wood

Emily (Horner) Wood, 69, of Reading passed away August 13, 2018 at Stabon Manor. Born in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Claude S. Horner and Martha Brents. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Ann Wood; two grandchildren; twin sister Elizabeth Haynes, wife of Bill Haynes; and sister Molly (Horner) Parsons, wife of Ashby Parsons. Emily was a resident at Stabon Manor for 10 years, where she was cared for under the great staff and hospice workers. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stabon Manor 1555 Haak Street Reading, PA 19602.
