Fern M. Keim, 84, formerly of Franklin Street, died Nov. 28 at 11:30 p.m. in Berks Heim Annex, where she had been a resident since 1983.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Helen (Snyder) Keim.
Keim had been employed as a cook in the cafeteria of St. Joseph Medical Center during the 1970s.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Pennside.
Keim is survived by a son, Walter B. Roland, Mariposa, Calif.
There are also four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
