Harry D. Hartman Sr., 59, Reading, died May 19, 2008, at 7:14 a.m. in his residence. He was the husband of Debra L. (Moser) Hartman, at home.
Born March 17, 1949, in Reading, he was a son of the late Harry Hartman and Pauline E. (Dietrich) Hartman.
He was a Roofer for Rainbow Roofing for the last ten years.
He is also survived by a daughter, Penny A. (Hartman), wife of Kenneth Myers, Reading; and two sons, Harry D. Hartman Jr., Reading, and Nickolous M. Hartman, Cumru Township.
Other survivors include two sisters, Barbara (Hartman) Schaeffer, Exeter Township, and Sheila (Hartman) Bowman, Reading; and a brother, William D. Hartman, Oley.
There are also 10 grandchildren: Kenny, Ashley, Amanda, Ally, Lisa, Nathan, Alyx, Serah, Kelly, and Keira.
Services from the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 N. 9th St. Reading, Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Larry D. Carl officiating. Interment in Berks Co. Memorial Gardens. Friends received Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
