Hermino Lopez, 74, Reading, died March 8 in Reading Hospital.
His wife, Leocadia (Ruiz) Lopez, died in November 2001.
Born in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Justiao Torres and Fran Lopez.
Lopez was employed for 20 years as a chef by the H.E.R.E.I.U. Co., New York City, retiring in 1995.
Surviving are two sons, Alexander Torres, in California, and Marciano Torres, Staten Island, N.Y.; a daughter, Gloria Ruiz, Reading; and a stepson, Santo A. Sepulveda, in Puerto Rico.
Other survivors include 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Whelan-Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Mellinger's Mennonite Cemetery, Lancaster County.
