Janet Mae Mock

Janet Mae Mock, 74, of Boyertown, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 11:20 am at Reading Hospital with family at her side. She was the wife of Clyde A. Mock. Born in Pottstown, Janet, aka Mom Mom or Grandmom, was the daughter of the late Leroy and Flossie (Rausch) Herb. She was employed as an office manager for Hollenbach Home Center and then Berks Montgomery Municipal Authority, and she enjoyed retirement in her later years. In addition to her husband, Janet is survived by her two children Jennifer L. Grim fiancé of Michael Graham of Gap, PA; Jeremy W. Mock companion of Lauren Parker of Reading; her 6 Grandchildren Taylor, Aaron, Adam, Austin, Katryn and Kieran, 3 great grandchildren and her beloved dog Auggie; her brother Ray Herb of Pottstown and her sister Sue Groller of Birdsboro.

Janet was the best wife, mother, Mom Mom and friend anyone could ask for. She always put her family first before herself, and she never stopped even when we didn't deserve it. She loved all things Disney, especially Tinkerbell and taking trips there with her kids and grandkids. She had a great sense of humor until the end. She worried about the affects her passing would have on all her family and her dog Auggie. She wanted us to remember her healthy, and to take care of ourselves and each other. She lived life to fullest and never gave up.
