John Troup

John H. Troup, 64, died peacefully after an illness on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Reading Hospital. He was born in Harrisburg, PA on May 16, 1949. He was the son of the late John H. and Dorothy (Holland) Troup. John was a ceramic artist for over 30 years. John's work has been exhibited at various galleries throughout the state, as well as at the Reading Museum. He was an active member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman for many years and his pottery shop was loved and supported by his community. He was survived by his loving wife, Suzanne R. Troutman and a sister Elizabeth, wife of Merritt Wallick of Delaware.
