Jose is survived by his wife Brijida Diaz, son Jose Hernandez, his 2 daughters Zulieka, Jennifer and 7 grandchildren.
Service will be held at Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 North 9th Street, Reading PA 19601, Wednesday May 25, 2022 family will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
