Joyce Phile

Joyce G. Phile, 77, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at 10:05 am in her home. She was the wife of Ronald G. Phile, Sr. Born in Reading Mrs. Phile was the daughter of the late Harvey A. Lerch, Jr. and Grace A. (Lilly) Lerch. She was a 1958 graduate of Reading High School and was a payroll supervisor at Reading Tube Corp. for 12 years. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Phile is survived by her sons Ronald G. Phile, Jr. husband of Sandra Phile of Reading and Kevin H. Phile of Sinking Spring along with her grandchildren Ronald G. Phile, III and Stephany Beebe, wife of Scot Beebe and her 7 great grandchildren. Mrs. Phile was preceded in death by her brother James A. Lerch. Also surviving are her cousins Nancy Smith of Shillington and Ann Yerger of Florida.
