Leona Keffer

Leona S. Keffer, 102, of Reading, passed away August 9, 2012 at 12:50 PM in her residence. She was the wife of William H. Keffer who passed away October 3, 1996. Born in Reading on July 13, 1910, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Ida M. (Hoover) Becker. Mrs. Keffer was employed as a sales clerk at C.K. Whitner Department Store in Reading for 5 years until retiring in 1968. She is survived by her daughter Susan D. Keffer at home. Leona was predeceased by 11 siblings. She was a member of One United Church of Christ in Reading.

Interment will be made in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
