Born in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Monserate and Dominga Ocasio.
Surviving are two brothers, Pedro Ocasio, Pottstown; and Angel Ocasio, Puerto Rico; and a sister, Eleina Ocasio, Puerto Rico.
