Mildred J. (Luppold) Sekulski

               Mildred J. (Luppold) Sekulski, 95, formerly of Reading, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Berks Heim Nursing Home.  Born in Laureldale, she was the daughter of the late Jennie (Schell) and Harvey Luppold.  She was the loving wife of Edward F. Sekulski, who passed away in 2001.  Mildred worked as a warehouse worker at B.R.I. for many years before retiring.  She was a wonderful home maker, enjoyed cooking, and was an excellent seamstress who specialized in making drapes and coats.  In addition to her husband, Edward, Mildred is predeceased by her 9 siblings.

               A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 1:30pm at Forest Hills Memorial Park.  Celebrant Amy S. Landis to celebrate.  Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and online condolences may be made at www.whelanschwartz.com.
