Phyllis Putt

Phyllis J. (Buchler) Putt, 80, passed away on March 27, 2014 in Reading Hospital. Born December 26, 1933 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Milford R. and Martha K. (Stoltzfus) Hertzler. She was pre-deceased by husband Edward J. Putt in 1984. She worked at the Pennsylvania Turnpike as a Toll Collector for 15 years and from where she retired in October 1995. Survivors include a Daughter: Pamela J., wife of Anthony J. Testa, Jr. of Boynton Beach, Fl; Brother: Joseph W., husband of Roseann Thomas of Elverson, PA; Nephew: Joseph W. Thomas of Birdsboro, PA; Niece: Terri A., wife of Frank Payne of Morgantown, PA ; 7 Great Nieces and Nephews; 7 Great Great Nieces and Nephews, and she was also survived by her beloved fuzzy grandchild Sheeba. She was pre-deceased by a Granddaughter: Ashley M. Miller; and a Niece: Cindy L. Mertz wife of Donald R. Mertz, Sr. of Elverson, PA.
