Ray Kirkley

Ray W. Kirkley, 75, of Robeson Twp., passed away November 11, 2012 in his residence. Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Robert W. and Mary L. (Caldwell) Kirkley. He was the husband of Flora M. (Epler) Kirkley who passed away August 22, 2009. Mr. Kirkley worked for Associated Wholesalers, Inc. for 3 years; most recently he was employed by Reading Eagle Company as a carrier last working in August. He proudly served in the United States Army. Survivors include 4 Children: Doreen M., wife of John Severson of Colorado Springs, CO; Robert E. Godziejewski of Bernville ; Donna M., wife of Ronald Ladd of Shillington; Diane M., wife of Larry Solomon of Birdsboro. There are 4 grandchildren: Harvey Bitler, Heston Bitler, Brandy Solomon, Katie Solomon and 1 great-grandson: Broxton Bitler.
