Richard Wise

Richard L. Wise, 86, of Exeter Township, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Berkshire Center. He was the beloved husband of Kathryn Anne (Weiss) Wise, with whom he shared 59 years of marriage.  Born in Douglassville, he was the son of H. Lloyd Wise and Florence (Barto). Richard served proudly in the United States Army Reserve. During his life, he worked in Agricultural Sales, most recently working for Koch’s Farm Service in Tamaqua, till retirement. Richard loved the outdoors including farming, tractors, hunting and hiking. In addition to his wife Kathryn, of Exeter Township, he is survived by his daughter Karen  A. Wise, of Exeter Township; sister, Janet Reinert, wife of Donald, of New Holland; and nephew, Jed Reinert, husband of Maureen, of Lancaster.
