Robert Wayne Storey

Robert “Bob” Wayne Storey, 74, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. Born on January 3, 1952, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Bob was the son of the late Robert Storey and Betty (McKlveen) McCormick.

Bob graduated from Hempfield High School in 1969 and went on to build a dedicated career with Metropolitan Steel Co. 1982-2009 as a steel fabricator and later working for Charger Water 2010- 2016. Throughout his life, he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his profession.

Outside of work, Bob found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He enjoyed being a member of the Pikeville Rod and Gun Club, where he shared many memorable moments with friends and family. Above all else, Bob treasured time with his family. He especially loved creating lasting memories with his grandchildren who brought him immense pride and happiness.

Bob is survived by his daughter Amber (Storey) Graham wife of Josh Graham of Exeter Township, Pa; his son Aaron Storey husband of Katrina (Olszewski) of Alsace Township, Pa; his five beloved grandchildren, Hailey, Trinity, Trent, Lucas and Atalaya, and his two siblings John Storey (Debbie) of Luxor, Pa and Melissa DiRado of Youngwood, Pa.

Bob’s warmth and love for those around him will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who held him dear.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pikeville Rod and Gun Club on July 26, 2026 at 12pm to honor Bob’s life.
