Ruth E. Faust, 86, of West Reading, passed away March 15, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, where she had been a patient since March 13th.
Born September 14, 1921 in West Reading, she was a daughter of Daniel R. Roth and Edna M. (Potts) Roth, and wife of Ralph L. Faust, with whom she resided.
She was a 1939 graduate of West Reading High School.
She worked as a hostess at various restaurants throughout the area for many years.
Survivors include sons: Ralph A. Faust of West Reading, and Carey Hess of Reading; one grandchild; and two sisters: Dorothy of Kutztown and Jane of Reading.
Services will be private.
Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, Reading, are in charge of arrangements.
